Employee Referral Program
Foothill Family Employees are eligible to participate.
Refer a prospective employee to Foothill Family and if
we end up making them an offer, they accept and remain
employed by Foothill Family for 60 days; we'll reward you
with a $300 bonus
for full-time or $150
bonus for part-time for your recruitment efforts.
When the new employee completes 6 months of
satisfactory employment, you will receive 1 day off with pay
for full-time or ½ day off with pay for part-time hires.
The day off must be scheduled in advance and approved
by your supervisor.
This
policy supercedes other "Employee Referral" policies. Foothill Family Service reserves the right to revise
this policy as the agency's recruiting needs dictate.
