Foothill Family Service provides a wide range of services that meet the mental health treatment needs of children and their family members. Foothill Family Service has more than 22 services that we provide. [BACK TO TOP]

Where does Foothill Family provide its services?
Foothill Family Service provides its services in the community at more than
83 schools and 42 preschools. Services are also provided at our five Family Centers in Pasadena, El Monte and West Covina and in clients’ homes. [BACK TO TOP]
How do people access services?
Most of our services are provided free of charge, although some of our services do have a sliding scale for payment. Clients can access our services by calling our Intake Department at 1-866-304-4337. Clients are also referred by their teachers, child care providers, parents and government agencies like the Department of Children and Family Services, the Department of Mental Health, and the Department of Public Social Services among others. Who pays for the services Foothill Family provides?
The services that Foothill Family Service provides are paid for in large part by grants and contracts with various government departments of the County of Los Angeles and the State of California. Our major governmental contracts and grants are with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services, the State Department of Health, Maternal Child Health Division, and the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services.
