Wraparound Child and Family Specialist [Duarte]

The Wraparound Child and Family Specialist (CFS) provides intensive services to the children and families in the Wraparound Program wherever is most beneficial for the family and whatever the team decides the child/children need.  The focus of the Wraparound Child and Family Specialist is to work with the child/children while collaborating with the parents to increase the strength of the family.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts from an accredited school in social work, psychology or a related field

• Extensive case management experience

• Bilingual – Spanish required

• Provide excellence as a member of a team providing intensive/inclusive care

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

• Ability to write simple correspondence

• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cooperatively as a team member

• Ability to relate harmoniously with staff and clients of diverse backgrounds

• Ability to be an excellent representative of the agency to the community
