2. To be considered for the scholarship, you must submit an unofficial transcript demonstrating a minimum 2.8 GPA or B- average.

2. Essay: Please submit an essay (400-600 words) answering one of the prompts below:

• Tell us about an experience from your own life and explain how it has influenced your development and aspirations.

• Describe your short-term and long-term goals and why you want to pursue higher education or this specific vocational training.

• Discuss a special attribute or accomplishment that you feel sets you apart from other applicants.

Letter of Recommendation

One letter of recommendation is required. Letters may be from your case manager, a teacher, school administrator, or professional supervisor or advisor and must be mailed directly to Foothill Family from that person.
