Foothill Family’s Nurturing Connections is a FREE program that supports families with young children (ages 0-5) by offering compassionate, culturally responsive care that nurtures the emotional well-being of parents, caregivers, and children, helping families thrive together.

FAMILY FOCUSED SERVICES

What We Offer:

 

  • Behavioral Health Screenings for parents and caregivers to identify early challenges
  • Counseling and Referrals that support the whole family’s emotional wellness
  • Case Management and Resource Navigation
  • Developmental assessments for children to detect delays and facilitate early intervention
  • Parenting Support and Education to strengthen family bonds and positive
    interactions
