HEALING TOGETHER AFTER THE EATON FIRE

The Eaton Bloom Project was created by Foothill Family in response to the traumatic and widespread impact of the Eaton Fire in Altadena and neighboring communities. The program is dedicated to supporting families and individuals as they recover, rebuild, and restore a sense of safety and stability.

    OUR APPROACH

Disasters can leave lasting effects on mental health, stability, and community connection. The Eaton Bloom Project addresses these challenges by providing:

    • Mental Health Support – individual and family counseling to process trauma and build resilience.

    • Case Management Services – helping families access vital resources and navigate recovery.

    • Peer Support – connecting community members to reduce isolation and strengthen support systems.

    • Educational Activities – workshops and tools that foster coping skills, preparedness, and wellbeing.

    • Community Involvement – opportunities to heal together and build renewed stability.

    WHY IT MATTERS

The effects of disaster-related trauma are serious and ongoing. Eaton Bloom was designed to ensure that no family is left to face recovery alone. By combining compassionate care with practical resources, the program supports both immediate recovery and long-term healing.
